Tonight’s March 24 episode of WWE Raw saw a former champion arrested for violating a restraining order that was recently put in place.
A few weeks ago, Seth Rollins returned to WWE TV in search of revenge against The Vision and its manager Paul Heyman.
This included Rollins attacking Heyman a couple of weeks ago.
Tonight, Heyman headed to the ring and called out Rollins, saying that despite the “character he plays on TV” he’s a man and he has to handle this situation like a man, even though he knew he was unlikely to get the better of Rollins physically.
Rollins did come out, at which point Heyman informed him that he had enacted a restraining order which Rollins was now violating.
As Rollins was being escorted out by police, Heyman ranted on the microphone about how now that Rollins has been arrested, his wife Becky Lynch is going to sleep with half of the WWE locker room and child services would take away their daughter.
As Heyman was saying he could adopt their daughter, Rollins broke free from the police and ran back to the ring, striking Heyman in the head.
He was then put in handcuffs and taken away, arrested by the local police department in Boston, Massachussetts.
Seth Rollins Plans For WrestleMania 42
WWE’s plans for Seth Rollins the upcoming WrestleMania 42 event are still somewhat up in the air due to a series of injuries.
WWE’s original plan for a match between Rollins and Roman Reigns had to be changed due to an injury suffered by Rollins in October.
The idea shifted to Rollins vs Bron Breakker after Breakker kicked him out of The Vision, but Breakker underwent hernia surgery in early February, taking him off TV.
Then, another potential Rollins opponent from The Vision, Bronson Reed, also suffered a long-term injury.
Logan Paul remains an option but seems to potentially have other plans as he goes after the Usos’ World Tag Team Championship alongside Austin Theory.
Hopefully Breakker is back in time as he really is the ideal WrestleMania opponent for Rollins with how things have played out.
