I’m excited to share that I’ve accepted a new position as Director of Show Production and Design at WWE.

I’m looking forward to this new chapter, and to working on some designs that will hopefully be debuting on screens soon!

Lee Fitting has been WWE’s Head of Media & Production since January 2024, taking the lead on production elements of the show such as graphics and the on-screen presentation since the TKO merger took place and the departure of Kevin Dunn.

WWE Production Since TKO Takeover

The production quality of shows has actually been one of the higher praised elements of WWE television since the Endeavor and TKO acquisition.

Lee Fitting came in and immediately made a number of improvements on stagnant features that were a relic of previous eras led by Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn in that department.

Both WWE Raw and SmackDown have recently had graphical updates off the back of WrestleMania 42, and while nothing major has changed, the hiring of Hunter Selby suggests the company is still looking for improvements.

The one production element that is still way behind everything else is WWE entrance music, which remains a problem as it has been for several years now, as def rebel’s music simply hasn’t been up to scratch for the most part.
