WWE star Raquel Rodriguez came up short in her efforts to capture the WWE Women’s World Championship at Crown Jewel this past weekend.
Raquel was one of four women, alongside Zoey Stark, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, who attempted to dethrone Rhea Ripley, with Rhea retaining the title in the match.
On the subject of Raquel, the question was asked on Twitter on the current opinions of Raquel.
This prompted a response from WWE producer Shane Helms, who simply stated:
Untapped potential
Raquel reigned as the NXT Women’s Champion in 2021, dethroning IYO SKY at Stand & Deliver before losing to Mandy Rose at Halloween Havoc.
On top of her NXT Women’s Championship reign, Raquel has captured a total of Women’s Tag Team Championships during her time in the company, two NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship reigns with Dakota Kai, two WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship reigns with Liv Morgan, and one Women’s Tag Team Championship reign with Aliyah.
