A top WWE star has commented on their current faction, believing their success puts them in the conversation as the best of all time.
Damian Priest cashed in his Money In The Bank briefcase at WrestleMania 40, pinning Drew McIntyre to win his first world championship in WWE.
Priest’s title win now marks the second world champion in the Judgment Day, with Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley retaining her title against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania.
On top of the two world champions, the Judgment Day also held both Tag Team Championships, the NXT North American Championship and the Money In The Bank briefcase.
Appearing on WWE’s The Bump, Priest discussed the success of the Judgment Day, noting that they should be in the conversation as one of the best factions of all time.
He said:
“Absolutely. I talk about representing culture and my background, but I also represent the Judgment Day. We all represent each other. But winning the world title means a lot for us. It solidifies the group. We have Rhea, the women’s world champion, me, the men’s world champion.
“I think you look at the history of factions, where does that put the Judgment Day? We’ve had undisputed [tag] titles, we’ve had North American Titles, now we have world titles. I don’t know see how we’re not in the conversation for one of the best factions of all time.”
