WWE/TNA
A WWE star has teased an inter-promotional match against a TNA Wrestling star following news that WWE is interested in working with other companies.
WWE has collaborated with several other companies in recent months. Not only have other promotions’ stars visited WWE, like TNA’s Jordynne Grace in the Royal Rumble match, but WWE has sent several stars to wrestle elsewhere this year too.
Tasha Steelz has now taken to Twitter to tease a match against WWE’s Michin (Mia Yim). Sharing a post reporting that WWE President Nick Khan is interested in working with other wrestling companies, Steelz wrote:
Ya know…. I never did get that match with @MiaYim 🤔👀
Michin liked Steelz’s tweet and also responded with a GIF, as you can see below,
Steelz and Michin were both with TNA Wrestling in 2022, with Michin wrestling for the company for five months before returning to WWE.
While the duo shared the ring in tag-team matches during Michin’s last TNA run, they didn’t have a one-on-one singles match against one another.
Several WWE stars have wrestled for other promotions this year, including Charlie Dempsey who had a short tour with All-Japan Pro Wrestling in January, before making a surprise appearance at GCW’s Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport X during WrestleMania week.
Shayna Baszler also wrestled during Bloodsport X, defeating TNA’s Masha Slamovich.
Triple H recently made a big change to a Vince McMahon rule regarding inter-promotional appearances, which you can read more about right here.
