Rhea Ripley was the inaugural NXT UK Women’s Champion and held the belt for 139 days before dropping it the winner of the 2018 Mae Young Classic, Toni Storm.
Ripley made her main roster WWE debut in January 2019 as part of the Women’s Royal Rumble match, but Slice is reporting that the company are planning on bringing her up to the main roster on a full-time basis later this year.
Slice Wrestling is also reporting that the WWE sees a lot of potential in Lacey Evans, and the former NXT star is reportedly being lined up for a “championship opportunity” in the “near future”.

With the company reportedly having plans for both Rhea Ripley and Lacey Evans, WWE might be planning for life without Ronda Rousey. It has been speculated that the UFC Hall of Famer will be stepping away from wrestling to start a family after her historic main event at WrestleMania 35.
