For the third consecutive week, AEW: Dynamite on TNT has managed to defeat NXT on the USA Network in the Wednesday Night War ratings.
Last week’s show saw AEW drew in an impressive 1.018 million viewers. Triple H’s NXT, on the other hand, pulled in 790,000.
This week, both AEW and NXT actually dropped slightly in the ratings. AEW pulled in a still rather respectable 1.014 million viewers.
NXT on the other hand, which featured the in-ring return of Tommaso Ciampa, managed just 712,000.
Next week’s episode of NXT will feature a mouth-watering North American Championship match between Roderick Strong, Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic, as well as an exciting singles bout between Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair.
AEW is putting out a breath-taking match between PAC and Jon Moxley, as well as semi-final matches in the AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament.
