Last night’s Monday Night Raw was the go-home show from the red brand before this weekend’s TLC. To build to the show, three Raw matches were announced for the pay-per-view.
However, two of the matches that had been rumoured and reportedly planned for the show were mysteriously not announced by the company.
On last night’s show, Seth Rollins fully turned heel after aligning himself with AOP. The trio beatdown Kevin Owens in a backstage segment.
While some have speculated that the match could be announced the day before/the day of the show, it seems like WWE could be holding off on the Owens vs. Rollins match for another time as KO was taken out of the arena on a stretcher.
Another of the Raw matches that was rumoured bur not booked on the show was The Viking Raiders vs. The O.C.
Erik and Ivar defended their Raw tag titles against The Street Profits last night, but there was no sign of Gallows or Anderson before, during or after the match.
Dave Meltzer said on the Wrestling Observer Radio that it seems like WWE decided against booking the match for TLC.
Of course, make sure you stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for the latest match announcements ahead of Sunday night’s pay-per-view event.
