The trend of setting record lows has ended as last night’s WWE Raw viewership saw a decent increase on last week’s episode.
The show drew an average of 1.92 million viewers, and held steady throughout the show. That marks an increase of 234,000 from the 1.686 million last week which is the record low for an episode of Raw.
It’s also the first time Raw has gained viewers since April 6.
The hourly breakdown was as follows:
- Hour 1 – 1.993 million
- Hour 2 – 1.961 million
- Hour 3 – 1.802 million
Last night’s show was the first after the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, and featured a major announcement from Becky Lynch – which ended up being that she’s pregnant – and a confrontation between Edge and Randy Orton.
With WWE reintroducing a relaxed brand split that will allow for limited crossover between shows, it’ll be interesting to see if this week was a one-off or Raw and SmackDown will rebound from their recent bad run.
