WWE is reportedly discussing more “offsite events” for 2022 following the success of the MLB at Field of Dreams last week.
According to WrestleVotes, WWE has begun “very initial” discussions at this point.
Some of the ideas that have been mentioned within creative include:
- Raw on the roof
- Hammerstein Ballroom
- More festival shows like SmackDown at Rolling Loud a few weeks ago
There have been plenty of reports about ideas WWE has had to spruce up fans returning, including some unique tournaments and special shows, but we haven’t really seen anything like that come into play yet.
