WWE ran an ‘encore’ of this week’s WWE SmackDown show last night (October 23) head-to-head with this week’s special Saturday Night episode of AEW Dynamite, and we now have the overnight numbers for the show.
Per Spoiler TV, the encore special drew in an average of 578,000 viewers, with the first hour seeing 656,000, while the second hour drew 499,000.
The encore of the show saw the controversial closing segment edited, with WWE removing the part where Charlotte Flair dropped the Raw Women’s Championship.
Last night’s AEW Dynamite ran head-to-head with the encore, and featured the third and final match between Cody Rhodes and Malakai Black.
