NJPW has announced a number of title matches for the upcoming Golden Series tour, which begins later this month.
The tour is set to run from January 20 to February 20. On the final night of the series, Tetsuya Naito will challenge Kazuchika Okada for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
Okada defeated Shingo Takagi to win the gold during the first night of Wrestle Kingdom 16, and defeated Will Ospreay to retain the title during night two.
Hiroshi Tanahashi will defend the IWGP US Championship against SANADA during the February 19 event. The IWGP Heavyweight and Junior Heavyweight Titles will also be defended on this show.
On February 13, EVIL and Tomohiro Ishii will face off in a lumberjack match for the NEVER Openweight Championship. The IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title will be on the line on February 11, when El Desperado defends against Master Wato.
