Last night’s (April 4) WWE Raw after WrestleMania saw Cody Rhodes cut a promo, Roman Reigns celebrate being undisputed champion, Veer coming, and Elias’ younger brother Ezekiel making his debut.
One thing we didn’t see however was Jackass star Johnny Knoxville, who defeated Sami Zayn in arguably the greatest wrestling match of all time on WrestleMania Sunday.
The reason we’re pointing this out is that according to PWInsider, there were suggestions that Knoxville was backstage at the show, although they have been unable to confirm this 100%.
The report is that there was a locker room setup in place for Knoxville at one point, but it seems that for whatever reason, it was decided he would not be on the show itself.
There have not been any reports to suggest there are more plans for Knoxville on WWE TV, but if this report is accurate, perhaps plans are in place.
If we hear anything more about Knoxville in WWE, we will of course let you know as soon as possible.
