In-ring return dates for former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Cassie Lee have now been revealed, following over a year away from the ring.
The former ‘Peyton Royce’ hasn’t wrestled since she and Jessie McKay (fka Billie Kay) unsuccessfully challenged for Madison Rayne & Tenille Dashwood’s IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Championship in April 2022.
During her absence, Lee announced her pregnancy and gave birth to her and Shawn Spears’ first child.
It had previously been announced that Lee was set to return to the ring in October 2023 for Australian independent promotion World Series Wrestling.
The promotion has now announced that Lee will specifically be at the ‘Full Throttle’ tour, which will take place October 6-13.
WSW has now shared a new poster hyping up Lee’s in-ring return, which Cassie Lee shared to her Instagram Story.
You can view the poster below.
Lee and McKay, formerly The IIconics, were let go by WWE in April 2021.
It was previously reported that the team more recently recognised as the ‘IInspiration’ turned down the opportunity to make a WWE return, which you can read more about right here.
