Coming off the heels of Slammiversary 2026, TNA Wrestling is looking at a brand new landscape for the entire promotion.

Considering there has been some turnover in TNA in front of the camera and behind it, there are some alterations that will shift everything in a major way.

From talent exiting the company to new champions that were crowned, there have been some significant changes that will dictate how the promotion will look moving forward.

Here are six changes coming to TNA Wrestling.

6. Nic Nemeth New TNA World Champion

At TNA Slammiversary 2026, Nic Nemeth defeated Mike Santana to win the TNA World Championship.

With this win, Nemeth is now a two-time TNA World Champion and is back on top of the entire company.

Nemeth as the new TNA World Champion will be looking for the company to be viewed in his vision.

Considering he has won the title for the first time in over a year, Nemeth’s reign will at the very least change the main event picture in TNA Wrestling.

5. Xia Brookside Now Sits Atop Of The TNA Knockouts Division

Xia Brookside was previously in WWE as a member of the NXT UK roster

There was more than one title change at the TNA Wrestling Slammiversary 2026 pay-per-view with Xia Brookside becoming the new TNA Knockouts World Champion.

Paying off her betrayal of her Angel Warriors tag team partner, Brookside was able to defeat Lei Ying Lee to capture the gold.

Now that she has beaten her former friend, Brookside will look to craft this title run in her image to make it much different than Lee’s two reigns.

Whether it be new challengers or a new title design, it should be interesting what Brookside will bring to the table as the new TNA Knockouts World Champion.

4. Tommy Dreamer Exits & ‘Road Dogg’ Brian James Returns

Tommy Dreamer recently announced that he was leaving TNA Wrestling after nearly a decade with the company.

The ECW legend has served as the head of creative for the past several years and had been a leader behind the scenes for the promotion.

Now that he is gone, Dreamer looks to be replaced by Hunter ‘Delirious’ Johnston, but it seems like former TNA star and WWE SmackDown head writer ‘Road Dogg’ Brian James is coming into the company to help with creative as well.

James replacing Dreamer should bring a noticeable shift in the storytelling style and the company’s ability to get over talent moving forward.

3. The Hardy Boyz Now Back On The Mountaintop Of The Tag Team Division

At TNA Slammiversary 2026, The Hardys defeated The System, The Great Hands and The Righteous in a ladder match to win the TNA World Tag Team Championship.

This marks the fifth reign for The Hardys as TNA World Tag Team Champions and causes some ripple effects in the division.

Matt and Jeff Hardy have long been two of the biggest stars and draws in TNA today.

The Hardys being back on the mountaintop of the TNA Wrestling tag team scene would be intriguing to watch unfold with every other duo now gunning for the legendary brothers in the company once again.

2. Uhaa Nation Makes His Presence Felt In TNA

Another huge moment that took place at the TNA Slammiversary 2026 show was the debut of Uhaa Nation.

Formerly known as Apollo Crews during his time in WWE, Nation came out and immediately caught the attention of the TNA fans with his performance.

Despite coming up short in the TNA International Championship three-way with Mustafa Ali and Rich Swann at the PPV, Uhaa will look to make his mark on his new home.

From challenging for the International Title again or finding a home in the X-Division, there are a variety of unique options for Uhaa Nation to go down in TNA Wrestling moving forward.

1. Mike Santana Gone From TNA

In the weeks leading up to TNA Slammiversary 2026, Mike Santana’s future with the company was up in the air.

Now coming out of the pay-per-view, it seems like fans now know the future of Santana and it is not in TNA Wrestling.

Recent reports have indicated that Santana is expected to exit TNA at the end of his contract and will make the move to WWE in the near future.

Considering his importance as one of the biggest stars on the roster, Santana’s departure is something that will hold significant ramifications for TNA Wrestling in the weeks and months to come.
