Aalyah Mysterio appears to have signed with WWE, joining her father Rey and brother Dominik in the company.

Following this acquisition for WWE, it will be interesting to see who the company decides to be Aalyah’s debut opponent.

From main roster talent to the top stars in the WWE NXT women’s division, the promotion has a plethora of options to step in the ring with the younger sister of Dominik Mysterio.

Here are six potential Aalyah Mysterio WWE debut opponents.

6. Lola Vice

Since signing with WWE in 2022, Lola Vice has established herself as one of the top stars in the NXT women’s division.

While she was denied on several occasions, Vice was finally able to win the big one when she captured the NXT Women’s Championship.

Meanwhile in Lucha Libre AAA, Vice has also found success, winning the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships with Mr. Iguana, titles they dropped this past weekend.

With all of her experience and accomplishments, Vice would be a worthy opponent who can guide Aalyah Mysterio inside the squared circle.

5. La Catalina

In April, La Catalina signed with WWE and Lucha Libre AAA after years with the CMLL promotion.

After establishing herself as one of the top stars in the CMLL women’s scene, Catalina quickly became a contender for championship gold in Lucha Libre AAA.

The Mexican promotion has seen the Mysterio family right at the forefront with Rey serving as the AAA General Manager, while ‘Dirty Dom’ is the current AAA Mega Champion.

Considering their importance to the current landscape of AAA, Aalyah Mysterio might join the promotion and face off with one of their top stars in La Catalina.

4. Bayley

The pro wrestling future of Bayley is right now in question with her WWE contract set to expire later this year.

The former WWE Women’s Champion is still one of the best and most decorated female stars in the entire company.

Following her loss to Lyra Valkyria on the July 18 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, it seems Bayley may be on her way out, but there might not anyone better equipped to face a new star on the roster.

Bayley stepping up to face Aalyah Mysterio would be a huge debut match that will teach her everything she needs to learn right now.

3. Raquel Rodriguez

Raquel Rodriguez has been a member of The Judgment Day since joining the faction in 2024.

‘Big Mami Cool’ has served as the enforcer for the faction and helped Liv Morgan to become the WWE Women’s World Champion.

On the July 27 edition of Monday Night Raw, Rodriguez defeated Sol Ruca to become the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion – her first singles title win on WWE’s main roster.

Being a big base for the new star to work with, Rodriguez has the connection to Dominik Mysterio that would make her an easy first opponent for Aalyah Mysterio.

2. Roxanne Perez

Another Judgment Day member who could be a great first opponent for Aalyah Mysterio is Roxanne Perez.

‘The Prodigy’ is viewed by many fans to be the future of the WWE women’s division at only 24 years old.

Despite her young age, Perez has been a trusted in-ring performer for the company and someone who can guide a young talent to an excellent debut bout.

Perez being Aalyah’s first opponent would make for an intriguing debut match that will test the youngest Mysterio on where she is at this early in her career.

1. Liv Morgan

In 2024, Liv Morgan shocked the world when she convinced Dominik Mysterio to leave Rhea Ripley and start a relationship with her.

Since then, Morgan has become one of the biggest female stars in WWE today as the pseudo-leader of The Judgment Day.

Considering her role as Dominik’s on-screen girlfriend, there is an interesting story that can be delivered with Aalyah Mysterio for Morgan.

Not feeling like the current WWE Women’s World Champion is good enough for her brother, Aalyah might be the opposition for Liv that tries to tear her apart from ‘Dirty Dom’ once and for all.
