After more than 30 years in the pro wrestling industry, it is clear to see that current AEW star Chris Jericho has more years behind him than ahead of him.
At the age of 54, Jericho will see his AEW contract expire in 2025 with many fans speculating if this could be the end of his run with the promotion.
Being one of the most important figures in the company’s history, Tony Khan should give him a fitting sendoff if his time with All Elite Wrestling is wrapping up, including a worthy last match.
With a possible farewell tour in the works, here are eight potential Chris Jericho final AEW opponents.
8. Big Bill
Over the past year, Chris Jericho has formed yet another faction in AEW with The Learning Tree.
As the first member recruited to his group, Big Bill has stayed by Jericho’s side and been loyal to him in helping the legend secure victory after victory.
Following his loss of the Ring of Honor World Title to Bandido at AEW Dynasty, Jericho turned his ire towards Bill and Bryan Keith with the giant showcasing some frustration towards his mentor.
Upon his return to the company, it should be Bill who could be positioned as the final opponent for Jericho, so he could give the former AEW World Tag Team Champion a proper rub on the way out.
