The Hart Family
Bret Hart: Hart infamously left WWE under a cloud in 1997 following a match at the same PPV against the same opponent! Was inducted into the HOF in 2006, then properly made peace with WWE in 2010, returning to the ring at WrestleMania XXVI against Vince McMahon. Hart was unable to take any bumps due to a stroke he had suffered in 2002. Has remained on good terms with WWE since, making appearances as special events. The ‘Hitman’ battled and defeated prostate cancer in 2016.
Owen Hart: Passed away in 1999 at the age of 34 when he fell to his death in a stunt gone wrong at the Over The Edge pay-per-view.
Bruce Hart: Bruce was in as a one-off and returned to wrestling in Canada after the event. Continued the Stampede Wrestling legacy and Hart Family training school. Retired from wrestling in 2012 and now teaches history in his native Canada.
Keith Hart: Wrestled in South Africa, Germany and Canada for several more years before calling it a day in 2000. Became a firefighter and substitute teacher, as well as the peacemaker in incidents of Hart family infighting.
