7 Forgotten WWE Acts To Return For The 2024 WWE Draft

The 2024 WWE Draft represents a fresh start for much of the talent roster, with a change of scenery known to do wonders for talent who have lost their way.

Or perhaps they never had a path to begin with, as some stars are never given a fair shake and opportunity to prove themselves on TV.

Case in point many of the recent talent releases, many of which were drafted to new brands in 2023 yet barely (if ever) appeared.

With many prospective entries on this list sadly being let go already across the past week, here’s hoping the names listed today are in fact given a new start in this year’s draft and not cut completely.

So without further ado let’s get started with our first entry.

7. Odyssey Jones

When you compare Odyssey Jones to other talents recently released by the company, his last 12 months have been eerily similar.

So, it’s sadly hard to say with confidence that the super heavyweight will be given another chance or he will be cut before he ever made a single main roster TV appearance.

Jones’ move from NXT to Raw last year is one of the most puzzling we’ve seen and done without any real rhyme or reason.

As mentioned he hasn’t made a single appearance on TV, instead competing in SmackDown dark matches since late last year, which is even stranger as he was drafted to Raw in the first place.

Hopefully the 2024 draft can see Jones at the very least return to NXT, although given the fact casual viewers likely don’t have any idea who he is it’s more likely this one would get quietly announced on WWE.com rather than on TV.
