With 2026 winding down, WWE is already looking ahead to WrestleMania 43 weekend in Saudi Arabia next year.

During Mania weekend, one of the premier events has always been the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony the night prior.

After seeing Demolition get their long awaited induction, it should be interesting to see which legendary duo WWE could possibly choose to go into the hallowed Halls in 2027.

Here are seven potential WWE Hall of Fame 2027 tag team inductees.

7. The Headbangers (Mosh & Thrasher)

During the Attitude Era, there were several different tag teams that made a name for themselves and helped to put a spotlight on the entire division.

One of the less talked about pairings from this time period in WWE history is The Headbangers.

Mosh and Thrasher were able to stand out due to their grudge rock characters and looks that helped differentiate them from the rest of the tandems in the tag team division at the time.

Being former WWE Tag Team Champions, The Headbangers left enough of a reputation and signed Legends deals in 2023, so it would make sense for the company to induct them into the Hall of Fame next year.

6. The Brothers of Destruction (The Undertaker & Kane)

Throughout WWE history, the company has highlighted super teams where two top stars come together to dominate the tag scene.

One of the most praised and lauded pairings of The Attitude Era was The Brothers of Destruction.

After feuding with one another, The Undertaker and Kane united as partners and went on to win the WWE Tag Team Championship three times.

With their success as a pairing and as Hall of Famers individually, The Brothers of Destruction would be a great way for WWE to celebrate what Taker and Kane accomplished together during their years with the company.

5. The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso)

There are quite a few names on the current WWE roster that have already earned their spot in the Hall of Fame.

When looking at the tag team division, The Usos are the one of the most decorated and popular duos of their generation.

Over their 16-year run in the company, Jimmy and Jey Uso have won the WWE Tag Team Championship nine times overall, are WrestleMania headliners and widely considered one of the all-time great duos in history.

Considering their accolades, memorable moments and iconic matches, The Usos feel more than deserving of getting their induction into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2027.

4. The Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper & Erick Rowan)

In the 2010s, there might not be a more fondly remembered tag team or faction than The Wyatt Family.

Led by Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan became a dominant duo as a pair of large competitors looking to punish anyone in front of them.

Then as The Bludgeon Brothers, Harper and Rowan went on to win the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship. Meanwhile, Wyatt also won the same title under the Family banner alongside then-member Randy Orton.

Seeing their success in the tag team division as well as individuals and trios competition, The Wyatt Family have left an unmistakable mark on WWE, making an induction into next year’s Hall of Fame feel earned.

3. The Hardy Boyz (Matt & Jeff Hardy)

In 2025, The Hardy Boyz made their return to WWE as part of the company’s working relationship with TNA Wrestling.

During this short return, Matt and Jeff Hardy captured the NXT Tag Team Championships. This marked their tenth tag team title win during their time in WWE across five specific championships.

With their legacy as all-time greats already cemented, The Hardys are still going strong as the current TNA World Tag Team Champions, still seeming years away from retirement at this time.

However, WWE would be wise to honor The Hardys now because Matt and Jeff have contributed so much to the industry and tag team wrestling as pioneers and trendsetters their entire careers.

2. The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods & Big E)

On May 2, the wrestling world was left shocked by the announcement that The New Day were leaving WWE after a following their refusal to take a pay cut.

Following their departure from WWE, many fans have reflected on the legacy that Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods accomplished in the tag team division.

Alongside Big E, Woods and Kingston were 13-time WWE Tag Team Champions and had several memorable matches against top duos, such as The Usos, The Bar and The Shield.

If they decide to not sign with All Elite Wrestling before next year’s event, it would be a wonderful gesture to celebrate the accomplishments of Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E with a WWE Hall of Fame induction.

1. The Shield (Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins)

If a fan says The New Day is not the best faction of their generation, it is probably because they believe The Shield holds that honor.

At WWE SummerSlam 2026, Roman Reigns defeated Seth Rollins to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. After the match, Reigns and Rollins put their differences aside and embraced with the signature Shield fist pump to pay tribute to their iconic stable.

Alongside Dean Ambrose, Reigns and Rollins ran roughshod over WWE upon their main roster debut in 2012, winning the WWE Tag Team Championship and going on an unstoppable undefeated streak for some time.

With the smoke now settled following their 12-year long rivalry, WWE could choose to put the spotlight on The Shield by inducting the pair of Reigns and Rollins despite their in-ring days far from being over.
