WWE Star Shares Thoughts On Potential Tom Brady In-Ring Debut

With the possibility of Tom Brady making his WWE debut, a current main roster star has shared their thoughts on his chances of success.

Not for the first time, attention has turned to the possibility of Tom Brady moving from the NFL to WWE, particularly after an altercation with Logan Paul.

During a recent interview with Battleground Podcast,  The Miz shared his thoughts on Brady potentially making a WWE debut and the situation with Logan Paul, saying:

“It depends on how much he really wants to do it. I mean, I love what he’s doing. I love what Logan Paul is doing with him.

“It’s definitely getting intrigue. The story will be great. I think the world of Logan Paul because of how good he truly is in the ring, and how good he’s getting and how much work he’s putting in to be a top-level talent.

“Like, he just doesn’t want to be a guy who is here as a celebrity. He wants to do exactly what I did where you learn your craft, you hone it in, you lock it in.

“He wants to be a world champion, and in order to be a world champion you have to be able to fight anybody at any time.

“So, if Brady wants to come in, you better put a five-star match together.”

Brady had previously courted controversy by referring to the athleticism of WWE stars as “cute” compared to his NFL brethren, with many stars sharing their thoughts on the comments.

Logan Paul and Tom Brady both featured at Fanatics Fest, with the NFL star slapping The Vision member, as showcased in footage shared on Twitter.

Paul remains out of action due to a triceps injury, with the star recently noting he is “three months ahead” of schedule in his recovery journey.

The Standard For Celebrity Turned WWE Star

Considering the exposure he already has as an influencer and businessman, Logan Paul could have had an easy ride as a WWE star, yet has defied any expectations that he would be “just another celebrity guest”.

Debuting back in April 2021, WrestleMania 37 would mark the start of Paul’s in-ring career, with the star going on to become United States Champion and, more recently, one-half of the World Tag Team Champions with Austin Theory.

From very early in his in-ring career, the caliber of Paul’s work was recognized, with Eric Bischoff being among those to praise the quality of the star.

Even injured, Paul continues to play his part in The Vision, demonstrating a fine streak as the antagonist, while supporting his faction in whatever capacity he can efficiently serve.

Some celebrity stars come and go, but few have done what Logan Paul has done as a full-time member of the WWE roster, enjoying an enviable position that sees him able to continue with and pursue new ventures outside of his commitments.
