3. Logan Paul VS. Kevin Owens – United States Championship
Now, moving on to what is our closest thing to an undercard match on the entire show – and that would be doing it a massive disservice.
Logan Paul matches have arguably never missed at this point, and expect this match with Owens to be no different.
In fact, I’d go as far as to say this could be Paul’s best match in a WWE ring yet, or at the very least his best since Crown Jewel 2022 against Roman Reigns.
Owens is always fantastic and is a perfect foil for The Maverick in his first US Title defence, but will he dethrone Paul before his tile reign has truly gotten going?
I would certainly be surprised if that was the case.
Paul has the eyes of millions around the world on him on a constant basis and WWE have got to be loving seeing their championship getting that amount of exposure.
As much as SmackDown not having a consistent mid-card champ on TV isn’t ideal, the title really has been an afterthought for a while, so I’d say there’s really no harm Paul parading it around more on social media and YouTube than on WWE TV in my eyes.
So, expect Paul to rack up his first defence here before continuing to Elimination Chamber for his next defence. While Owens will hopefully bounce back and find something of note to do leading up to WrestleMania also.
Prediction: Logan Paul
Betting Favorite: Logan Paul (Logan Paul 3/10, Kevin Owens 2/1)
