The winner of the 2023 edition of the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament was crowned at Halloween Havoc Night 2 tonight.
After a tournament spanning the past few weeks, the two finalists tonight were Kelani Jordan and Lola Vice.
Jordan had beaten Izzi Dame and Arianna Grace to get to the final, while Vice had beaten Dani Palmer and Karmen Petrovic.
Thanks to interference from Elektra Lopez, Lola Vice beat Kelani Jordan tonight to win the tournament.
As a result of winning the tournament, Vice gets a shot at Lyra Valkyria’s NXT Women’s Championship.
The winner of last year’s tournament, which was the first NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament, was Roxanne Perez.
Cody Rhodes announced when he appeared on NXT a few weeks ago that there will be a men’s Breakout Tournament soon.
Cody also announced that the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament is returning as well.
