AEW Tag Team Not Medically Cleared To Compete On Dynamite AEW

On tonight’s go-home edition of AEW Dynamite before the pay-per-view, AEW Revolution one tag team was revealed as being out of action.

In a backstage segment it was revealed that the Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta) w#ould not be medically cleared to compete in the Casino Tag Team Battle Royale tonight.

It’s unknown if one or both of the Best Friends are legitimately not medically cleared or if it was a creative change, but we’ll keep you posted if there are any updates.

While Danhausen attempted to volunteer himself and Orange Cassidy to take their place, after Cassidy’s big battle to kick off tonight’s AEW Dynamite, he may be in no condition to compete.

For his part however, in typical Orange Cassidy fashion, he elaborated that he didn’t care.

Turns out nonplussed or not, the powerhouse duo of Orange Cassidy and Danhausen not only competed in the Casino Tag Team Battle Royale, click here to find out if they won it.
