AEW Star Regains Mask On July 29 Collision

Tonight’s (July 29) episode of AEW Collision kicked off with a rather unique Ladder match.

That match saw Andrade El Idolo take on Buddy Matthews of the House of Black, with Andrade’s mask hanging above the ring.

The match was a rematch from the first episode of Collision, in which Andrade picked up the victory over Matthews in his return to the company.

The rivalry between Andrade and the House of Black saw Andrade’s mask stolen by the House of Black, with the mask being on the line in tonight’s opening contest.

At the end of the match, Andrade shoved Julia Hart and Buddy Matthews through a table, able to regain his mask and win the match.

The match saw no interference from Malakai Black and Brody King of the House of Black ahead of a speculated Trios Championship match between House of Black and LFI.

Rush, who officially re-signed with AEW earlier this week, also did not appear to help his stablemate amid rumours of him returning on tonight’s show.

Will Julia Hart be the one to end it all for Andrade?!
