AEW commentator Jim Ross has addressed rumors that he’s going to retire soon, amid Ross dealing with health issues.
Jim Ross has been on a hiatus since the June 17 edition of AEW Collision, with Ross notably suffering a fall ahead of that show.
While away from the ring, Ross has been healing the eye he hurt during the fall, as well as his radiation wound from previous cancer treatments.
Ross has now responded to a fan on Twitter/X who asked JR to not retire.
Planning to stay behind the commentary desk, Ross replied:
No plans to hang it up at this time.
Appreciate you. 🤠
