SmackDown star Bayley has issued a welcoming message to Jade Cargill following the former AEW star officially signing with WWE.
After weeks of speculation, WWE has now confirmed that the former AEW TBS Champion has signed a multi-year deal with the company.
With WWE presenting Cargill as a star to watch, many fans and wrestlers have shared their thoughts on Cargill joining WWE.
Among the WWE names to chime in was former women’s champion Bayley.
The Role Model took to Twitter to give Cargill a warm greeting, while also imploring her to watch and learn her upcoming match with Charlotte Flair this Friday on SmackDown (September 29) saying:
Hello, I am the Tree of Life here in the WWE. Pleasure to meet you. Please feel free to watch very closely this Friday as I break down that cheating, nosey, idiot @MsCharlotteWWE.
Enjoy!!!!!!!!! And welcome……… #rolemodel #learningtree
Cargill seemed skeptical of Bayley’s intentions, replying:
Warm welcome from a “role model”. Heard from my friends you’re also the one to look out for.
Following the announcement of her signing, WWE shared videos and images from Cargill’s first day training at the WWE Performance Center, which you can find here.
