Cedric Alexander is set to reunite with his former Hurt Business WWE teammate, with the duo set to team for the first time in two years.
With MVP, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin establishing the Hurt Syndicate in AEW, and Cedric Alexander debuting for TNA Wrestling, Alexander hasn’t yet had an in-ring reunion with his former Hurt Business teammates.
United Pro Wrestling has now announced that Alexander will reunite with his former WWE Raw Tag Team Championship partner Shelton Benjamin for one night only.
The duo’s reunion has been announced for the September 13 UPW Battleground in Gastonia event.
UPW shared a graphic for the reunion on Instagram – which you can view below – with the following caption:

Alexander and Benjamin were the Hurt Business’ regular tag-team, with Bobby Lashley being the group’s singles star.
The duo last wrestled together at the September 11, 2023 WWE Main Event taping, prior to Benjamin’s release ten days later.
