WWE legend and ambassador John Cena has shared some new ‘big brotherly’ advice for mental health, investing and more.
Cena has a new movie releasing on Netflix soon titled Little Brother, where Cena’s character plays the big brother to Eric Andre’s character.
Andre appeared on WWE Raw this past week to promote the movie, suffering an attack at the hands of Jacob Fatu.
In a new video released by Netflix, Cena offered up some ‘big brotherly advice’ on various situations and queries.
Among them were advice for anyone who’s going through a hard time and hitting “rock bottom.” He said:
“We’re all human. We go through ups and downs. If you find yourself dwelling in a down, seek help.
“Also, you’re not alone. Humanity’s been around for a long time, there’s been all sorts of problems and issues.
“I know you think it might be individual, but I promise you there’s somebody that’s out there going through the same thing.
“Do whatever you can not to wallow in the down.”

John Cena’s Investment Advice
John Cena was also asked if he invests in the stock market and if he has any advice for those looking to get into it.
