Tommy Dreamer has announced that he and TNA Wrestling have mutually agreed to part ways, following a number of roles with the company.

Dreamer announced his exit from TNA Wrestling on the June 17 edition of Busted Open, initially stating:

“Yesterday I had a great conversation with Carlos Silva. Me and TNA are no longer in a relationship. We’ve mutually agreed to part ways.”

Dreamer went on to state that there is no malice felt on either side, before emotionally reflecting on his career with the company.

In an update, PWInsider have reported that the belief among their sources is that Delirious (Hunter Johnston) will now head up TNA’s creative moving forward, however, it’s also noted that there’s a chance more names could also be brought onto the team.

Following runs with TNA Wrestling from June 2010 to June 2011, and January 2013 to October 2015, Dreamer’s most recent stint with the company began in April 2018.

His role evolved over time, first serving as a producer, before joining the creative team in January 2019.

While Tommy Dreamer has been wrestling as recently as May on the independent scene, he last wrestled for a TNA-affiliated show in May 2025, competing in two matches at Border Brawl.

This is not the only TNA Wrestling departure to be confirmed recently, with the company itself announcing the exits of Myla Grace and former TNA World Champion Steve Maclin.

Not all of TNA’s roster news has been surrounding departures, with former WWE star Fabian Aichner (fka Giovanni Vinci) officially joining the company.

TNA has also announced the re-signing of former Knockouts World Champion Tasha Steelz, confirming that she will be in Boston for Slammiversary on June 28.

With all of these recent roster alterations, it will be interesting to see future announcements, as more changes occur.

We will continue to provide updates on Tommy Dreamer’s status as they become available.
