Danhausen has explained why he carries a jar of teeth around with him, as seen since his arrival in WWE as well as before joining the company.
Since debuting at Elimination Chamber, Danhausen has exploded in popularity, not only in the world of WWE, but also in the wider world of US sports due to his affiliation with the New York Knicks.
Today, he appeared on the Stephen A Smith Show as they buried the hatchet following the Knicks’ NBA Championship win.
One question many WWE fans have had about Danhausen is why he carries around a jar of teeth, as he hasn’t expanded on it or used it in any way on WWE TV as of yet, other than sometimes having them with him.
Stephen A Smith was also curious about the teeth, which led to him asking Danhausen the reason, to which Danhausen replied:
“I carry a jar of teeth that are my enemies’ teeth. Sometimes I pour them in my other enemies’ teeth and I kick them. It is a nice visual sensation for the crowd.”
(“Where did this fascination come from?”)
“I like it. It’s fun. Cinematic. Cinema.”
(“But how did it come about?”)
“It came from my good brain.”

Smith also asked Danhausen if he considers himself a wrestler, and then if he considers himself the most popular wrestler in the world.
Danhausen replied:
“I call myself a wrestler.”
“(Do you believe you’re the most popular in the world?)”
“Yes.”
“(Why?)”
“Because my merchandise is everywhere. I’ve got merchandise with the Knicks. I’m a worldwide top selling person, Danhausen’s told.
“DICK’s is selling Danhausen’s Knicks merchandises. Got it everywhere. ESPN has Danhausen on regularly.
“I’ve beat The Miz who is a two-time WWE Champion, like 19-time Tag Team Champion, he’s a Grand Slam Champion twice over so he’s won every single title at least twice.”

Why Danhausen Always Talks In Third Person
If you’ve ever wondered why Danhausen always talks about himself in the third person, he has a very good explanation:
“Because I want people to remember the name Danhausen. You ever see George Costanza? He says, ‘Cooostanza!’ – and it gets stuck in their brain.
“So I say my name all of the time, and then that way it gets stuck inside of people’s brains and they cannot stop thinking it.”
