Of the countless names released by WWE in 2021, one of the most surprising was definitely former Raw Women’s Champion Nia Jax.
Since being released, Jax has suggested it’s unlikely we’ll ever see her wrestling again, and has now answered questions about her future during an Instagram Q&A session.
When asked what she plans on doing next, Nia said: “Starting a business. Growing some cool things on my farm.” She also seemed to confirm her retirement from wrestling.
It has been reported that Nia Jax was taking time away from WWE to focus on her mental health when she was released.
During the Q&A sessions, she was asked what her most memorable WWE moment was. She explained it was probably the time she entered the 2019 men’s Royal Rumble, which saw her getting hit with an RKO by Randy Orton.
She said: “Shortly after this moment @KimOrton01 [Randy Orton’s wife] was yelling at me ‘that’s what you get for messing with my husband, still love you, Nia.’”
