AoP has done everything there is to do for a tag team in NXT and fans have patiently awaited their arrival on the main roster for months now. Led to the ring by WWE Hall of Famer Paul Ellering, Akam and Rezar quickly showed the world that they mean business. With the Raw tag team division effectively murdered on Sunday, it’s nice to see some new and imposing faces on the red brand.
Fans of their work down in “developmental” will be familiar with their duel-finisher, the Supercollider, a synchronized double powerbomb spot proceeded by a sort of back high five. Surprisingly, they didn’t show it off here but expect to see that soon enough.
