Rikishi Addresses Rumors About WWE Return In Bloodline Saga WWE

Hall of Famer Rikishi has addressed speculation about a potential WWE return amid turmoil surrounding the Bloodline.

The Anoa’i/Fatu family is currently divided in WWE.

During the Bloodline Civil War bout at Money in the Bank, the Usos defeated Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa, with Jey Uso handing Reigns his first pinfall loss since December 2019.

Reigns and Sikoa then attacked the Usos on the July 7 edition of SmackDown during ‘Tribal Court’, hospitalising Jimmy, leading to Jey issuing a challenge to Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship.

Over the course of the past few months, Rikishi, the father of the Usos and Solo Sikoa and cousin of Roman Reigns, has reacted to major beats in the Bloodline story on social media.

In an interview with Sportskeeda, Rikishi was asked about fan pitches to bring him back to WWE for the Bloodline saga.

Rikishi interestingly responded:

“Well, I’d have to go (presses finger to lips), I’d have to go silent on that.”

While it doesn’t confirm anything, it is also interesting that Rikishi hasn’t publicly reacted to a Bloodline segment since mid-June.

While a Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso title match hasn’t officially been announced, it has been heavily speculated that the bout will happen at SummerSlam 2023.

A spoiler has emerged on WWE’s plans for Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship at the Biggest Party of the Summer, which you can read about at this link.
