Medical Update On WWE Star Injured In ‘Gruesome’ Post-Match Incident

On tonight’s WWE NXT there was a medical update on a star that was, in storyline, injured in a gruesome post-match incident that sent the show to black.

Last month, Bron Breakker used steel steps to seemingly crush the head of Von Wagner after a series of vignettes detailed Wagner’s real life stories of childhood skull surgeries due to a rare medical condition.

Since the incident, Wagner has been described as being ‘in the hospital’ with an overall unclear prognosis.

Now, an on-television update as Von Wagner made his first post-attack appearance, participating in physical therapy.

While he struggled to walk and even use resistance bands, he got a fierce pep talk from Mr Stone which encouraged him to continue working.

Meanwhile back at the Performance Center, Bron Breakker had a backstage interview segment where he was unimpressed by Wagner’s progress when he was interrupted by Stone.

After a passionate promo from Stone, he challenged Bron Breakker to a match at NXT Halloween Havoc.
