TNA/WWE
TNA Wrestling star Victoria Crawford, formerly known as Alicia Fox, has opened up about wrestling in TNA compared to WWE.
Crawford was with WWE from 2006 all the way up until May 2023, though her last match for the company prior to that was January 2022 in the Royal Rumble.
She’s since signed with TNA Wrestling and actually wrestled on NXT in October 2025 via the companies’ partnership.
In a new interview with Ash Rose of Death Arts XIII, Crawford spoke about how she wants to wrestle more frequently to get to the same point in the ring she was at when she was on the road regularly in WWE.
She said:
“I do wanna see my character do more in-ring stuff, I’m still trying to figure out where my feet are there. And just honestly speaking because I need to get warmed up again.
“Back at WWE we had 280 shows a year, so we were always rolling around with each other. Nattie and I could probably have a match now and not even talk, not even look at each other, and it’d be a total banger match.
“That’s what I wanna build at TNA – a consistent arsenal of things that work with each of the girls. Because then it becomes like origami. Sometimes you get two minutes and you’ve gotta cut it short, but you know how to do the business.
“Even when someone gets hurt, you know how to get safe quickly. So I wanna try and bring that psychology to TNA.
“The girls are all trained well and they can protect themselves and stuff, but when they work with me, I’d love to just keep a flowing arsenal with all the girls and see where it takes us.”

The Problem With WWE’s Current Schedule
WWE has had a lot fewer live events under TKO than in previous years, which there are positives and negatives to.
Of course the positive is that talent get to spend more time at home and less time getting hurt in the ring.
However, one of the prominent issues is that getting reps in in the ring is important for several reasons, including reducing chance of injury, and improving performance in front of more diverse audiences.
Shawn Michaels actually told Triple H and Nick Khan recently that one of the reasons NXT is developing talent slower than in the past is because there were no NXT live events, so that changed and they have been running those more regularly since then.
