“Nobody Is Safe In NXT” – Zaria Addresses WWE Future After Defeating Sol Ruca In Last Woman Standing Match WWE

Zaria has addressed her WWE future after defeating Sol Ruca in their Last Woman Standing match at NXT Revenge last night.

Last night’s episode of NXT wasn’t the first time Sol Ruca and Zaria crossed paths in the wake of WrestleMania 42.

With Ruca having appeared on the Raw after WrestleMania 42, the former NXT Women’s North American Champion would face off against Liv Morgan, with Zaria’s interference costing her former friend the match.

While Joe Hendry was specifically noted as being a member of the WWE Raw roster, the plans for Ruca and Zaria weren’t made clear, despite their appearance on the post WrestleMania 42 show.

The pair faced off on last night’s NXT Revenge special edition show in a Last Woman Standing match, with Zaria putting an exclamation point on Ruca’s career by putting her through a table to end their match.

Addressing her own future, and commenting on what happened to Ruca, Zaria made it quite clear that NXT isn’t the safest of environments for their women’s roster in a video shared on Twitter, saying:

“Sol will never stand in NXT again. This goes to show that your actions have consequences.

“Nobody is safe in NXT.”

Ruca is yet to address what transpired on WWE NXT, although the brand’s general manager would note on Twitter that the future of the show is “looking brighter than it ever has”.

Were They Called Up, Then?

It’s not uncommon for brand switches after WrestleMania, with a champion such as Rhea Ripley moving from Raw to SmackDown having won the WWE Women’s World Championship at this year’s Premium Live Event.  On top of that, call-ups to the main roster are not uncommon, with the aforementioned Joe Hendry being one such name to rise from NXT.

As for Ruca and Zaria, it wasn’t specified that they were both call-ups, though the days until an official announcement are surely to come.

With Zaria’s comments, it would seem that she’s staying in NXT and pursuing her more dangerous side. Ruca, however, being put through a table from a height, is a different story, very much suggesting that she’s being written off television for a short period of time.

NXT GM Robert Stone previously congratulating Joe Hendry, Ethan Page and Sol Ruca for appearing on Raw on a show also featuring Zaria also indicates that Zaria will remain on NXT while the other three move to Raw.

A match against Liv Morgan on WWE Raw now in the record books, Ruca has stated that she wasn’t expecting that to take place and was “thrown off” by the positive reaction from the fans.

Ruca’s main roster future is no doubt going to be a bright one when it happens, bringing her infectious appeal to Raw or SmackDown, and perhaps we’ll finally get to see Bravo Americano finally get the girl after a recent missed opportunity shared on the Los Americanos Instagram account.
