A WWE star has publicly addressed their actions after seemingly departing one faction in order to join another during last night’s WWE NXT.
In recent weeks Lexis King has been seeking to form a new faction on NXT programming, with his primary focus being on recruiting fellow multi-generational stars.
After already aligning with TNA International Champion Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Arianna Grace, King sought to convince Chase U’s Uriah Connors – real-life son of Fit Finlay – to his group during the January 27 episode of NXT.
This led to King and Stacks facing off with Connors and his Chase U stablemate Kale Dixon in tag team action during last night’s NXT, with King and Stacks getting the win.
After the match Connors chose to leave the ring instead of helping Dixon to his feet, joining up with King, Stacks and Grace as they exited through the curtain.
Following this Connors took to Twitter to address his actions, simply writing:
Drop out.
While Chase U’s future is now left in doubt once again, things are looking up for Lexis King and his new group – as is evident by the second-generation star’s latest post on Twitter.
King wrote:
The pieces of the puzzle are finally coming together
With King’s focus being on recruiting fellow on multi-generational stars, the NQCC’s Wren Sinclair replied to King’s post with a word of warning about any potential attempt to pursue Charlie Dempsey next.
Sinclair wrote:
10000 piece puzzle. . . Leave Charles Alone
Dempsey is the son of current WWE Vice President of Global Talent Development William Regal, and, like Connors, also suffered a loss on last night’s NXT – falling to new signee Elio LeFleur in a WWE Speed Championship tournament match.
Drop out.
