WWE Tag Team Potentially Splitting Up Soon

In an intriguing backstage WWE segment, a potential break-up was teased between a tag team as one member was seemingly preoccupied.

With numerous WWE NXT tag teams featuring in a backstage segment, there was a little bit of camera time available for everyone.

However, one star who spent the entire scene just on his cell phone in the background was Josh Briggs.

Seemingly unaware of the rest of the conversation going on, Briggs’ tag partner Brooks Jensen attempted to talk to him, but Briggs was too busy paying attention to his phone.

Eventually, the point of the segment proved to be Tony D’Angelo and Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo approaching with their newly won NXT Tag Team Title belts, revealing that next week there would be a celebration of their championship win.

Just a couple of weeks ago, Brooks Jensen featured in a dark match that saw the entrance go viral after he used “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)” by Journey as his entrance music.

The new music combined with an old-school classic wrestler presentation may have been an off-TV test for a potential Brooks Jensen singles run, which would add more validity to the idea there was tension teased between him and Briggs on NXT TV possibly leading to a split.
