WWE
Ahead of WrestleMania 42, Liv Morgan has predicted Brock Lesnar will defeat Oba Femi, with other WWE stars also sharing their thoughts.
April 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas sees Brock Lesnar face off against Oba Femi on Night 2 of WWE WrestleMania 42.
A much-anticipated match that sees Femi get his first WrestleMania moment, Liv Morgan was among the stars to predict the result in a WWE video, saying:
“I’m gonna go with Brock, just because he beat The Undertaker’s streak. If you beat The Undertaker’s streak at WrestleMania, I’m just gonna choose you forever, because how do you not?
“Otherwise I’d say Oba. But he didn’t beat The Undertaker’s streak. Brock did. He’s big and strong, but he’s not as big and strong as Dominik!”

Morgan wasn’t the only star to suggest a victory for the veteran, with JD McDonagh, The Miz, Je’Von Evans, and Grayson Waller, all going for Lesnar as the victor.
Femi would see support from former TNA Wrestling star Abyss (now WWE producer Chris Park), Damian Priest, Maxxine Dupri, Trick Williams, Danhausen, and former foe Kit Wilson.
Only one star would predict no overall winner in the match on April 19, with Austin Theory believing that would be the outcome.
The Ruler Ascendant
Signing in December 2021 through the WWE NIL program, Oba Femi has gone on to be the youngest NXT North American Champion in the brand’s history, getting his main roster call-up early this year.
A two-time NXT Champion, it would have been easy to cast Femi in the role of just “The Ruler. The Conqueror. The Destroyer of Worlds”, all three terms that appear on his WWE roster entry, but Femi has shown a greater range than being a destructive machine, as showcased in his interactions with Wilson.
This isn’t to take away from his in-ring record, which has seen the star undefeated on Raw and SmackDown since his victory over Wilson back in February.
There’s likely to be little in the way of mirth when Femi faces Lesnar, however, with the last singles match for the veteran being a victory over John Cena at last September’s WWE Wrestlepalooza.
Regardless of the outcome of the match taking place this weekend, this will be a moment that could very well define the trajectory of Femi’s future in WWE.
