An update has emerged on plans for Kevin Owens’ WWE Raw return, ahead of Monday’s (July 18) episode.
Owens last wrestled on the June 13 edition of Raw, losing to Ezekiel via countout. His Money in the Bank qualifier against either Ezekiel, Elias or Elrod was pulled from the next episode of Raw, with Owens not in action at the July 2 premium live event.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Owens is internally listed for this week’s show. As of Sunday night, a ‘KO Show’ segment was planned for the episode, WWE has yet to announce or advertise the segment.
It was also noted that an Elias segment planned for last week’s episode was nixed ahead of the live broadcast.
Previous reports indicated that Owens has been out with a minor injury, and was expected to be on the shelf for ‘a few weeks‘.
