Surprise Appearances At AEW All In London 2026

AEW is set to host it’s biggest show of the year next weekend, when the third AEW All In London takes place.

All In marks a major moment on the AEW calendar, with the company looking to put on the best possible show for it’s biggest event of the year.

Over the past few years, we have seen some surprise appearances on the show, and this year will likely be no exception.

Here are some potential surprise appearances we could see at AEW All In London 2026.

KAIRI

Perhaps the most shocking WWE release back in April, Kairi Sane was released from the company during the midst of a months long angle with IYO SKY and Asuka on Monday Night Raw.

With Kairi being released before her storyline could even come to an end, fans have been rallying behind Kairi online, eagerly awaiting the Pirate Princess’ next move.

While KAIRI may very well be set to return to STARDOM or any other Joshi promotion, that wouldn’t stop her from making an appearance for AEW at All In.

Thekla recently began a rivalry with STARDOM’s owner Taro Okada ahead of Forbidden Door, and KAIRI being the one to return to step up for the company would make for a cool moment should AEW run a Women’s Casino Gauntlet on the show.

Zack Sabre Jr

Less of a surprise nowadays is the potential appearance of Zack Sabre Jr at AEW All In.

Zack appeared at the 2024 All In London event as part of the Casino Gauntlet match, as well as frequently appearing for the company at Forbidden Door events.

With another Casino Gauntlet set for this year’s event, we will likely see some more surprise faces make an appearance in the match.

Zack Sabre Jr will likely be one of those names.

Saya Kamitani

Last year at AEW All In, STARDOM’s Syuri would make a surprise appearance during the Women’s Casino Gauntlet match.

This year, the STARDOM schedule is open following the end of the 5Star Grand Prix, which means we could see another STARDOM name appear on the show.

Saya Kamitani is a name most AEW fans have been waiting to see arrive for a match in the company due to her recent rise in popularity as arguably STARDOM’s most globally recognised star.

All In would be the perfect show for the Phenex Queen to finally appear.

Jeff Cobb

Another recently released WWE star, Jeff Cobb (JC Mateo) signed with WWE as a highly decorated free agent.

Less than a year later, Cobb was released from the company after being given next to nothing in terms of opportunity to showcase his skills as a silent background player in the MFTs.

Cobb recently returned to New Japan after his free agency, with him turning his former United Empire stablemates to join up with Unbound Company.

Cobb has already made prior AEW Dynamite appearances in years past, and we could see him again at All In.

Leon Slater

Leon Slater finds himself in an incredibly unique situation this Sunday at TNA Lockdown when he challenges Cedric Alexander for the X-Division Championship.

If Slater is to lose to Alexander, his entire record breaking reign as X-Division will be erased from history, as if he never existed, Tom Holland No Way Home style.

This has naturally led to a lot of speculation about Slater’s TNA contract, and where he may end up signing once he is free and clear.

If Slater’s title run is indeed voided at Lockdown, it will almost certainly not be because he is signing with WWE.

New Day (Kofi Kingston & Austin Creed)

In what will likely be the worst kept secret in wrestling by the time it happens, it’s continually being reported that former WWE stars Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are set to join AEW.

Fans believe that AEW actually teased the arrival of Kofi and Austin Creed on last week’s Dynamite, when Swerve Strickland seemingly teased going after the AEW World Trios Championship.

If Swerve needs to find two partners to face Hangman and Brodido, most fans minds immediately jumped to the former New Day members.

It’s possible the pair don’t debut at all until All In, with them being teased as ‘mystery partners’ for Swerve.
