The winners of the 2026 AEW Owen Hart Foundation tournaments have been crowned at tonight’s Forbidden Door event.

With title shots at All In London on the line, Maya World faced Mercedes Mone, and Will Ospreay faced Swerve Strickland in the tournament finals.

World vs Mone was an interesting final because neither of them were actually even supposed to be in the tournament – World came in to replace the injured Sareee, while Mone returned to replace the injured Willow Nightingale.

Their match was first of the two that took place tonight, and it was Mone who picked up the win.

That means, as things stand, the AEW Women’s World Championship match at All In London will be Thekla defending against Mone.

This means Mone goes back to back after she won the Owen Hart Foundation tournament last year as well.

Other previous winners for the women are Britt Baker, Willow Nightingale and Mariah May (Blake Monroe).

In the men’s final, which main evented Forbidden Door tonight, it was Ospreay who scored the win against Strickland, earning his spot in the AEW World Title match at All In.

Ospreay joins previous men’s winners Adam Cole, Ricky Starks (Ricky Saints), Bryan Danielson and Adam Page.

Tony Khan’s Big Decision For AEW All In London

With Will Ospreay winning the men’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament final, Tony Khan has a big decision to make for AEW All In London.

The win means England’s own Ospreay goes to All In at Wembley Stadium to challenge for the AEW World Championship – but the big question is, who will he challenge?

There appear to be two options – current champion MJF, or the man who will seemingly challenge MJF at AEW Redemption, Kenny Omega.

Ospreay vs MJF would be AEW’s top babyface vs AEW’s top heel in the babyface’s homeland, and with MJF’s track record, would probably be the ‘best for business’ approach.

However, Tony Khan might just swing in the direction of putting on the ultimate non-WWE dream match on the biggest stage possible – Ospreay vs Omega at Wembley Stadium.

Ospreay vs MJF is a match that, while the time does seem perfect to do it now, will have plenty of opportunities to come up in the future.

For Ospreay vs Omega, on the other hand, this might be the last chance to do it on such a big stage, considering Omega’s career is winding down.

There are certainly arguments both ways, and the next couple of months will say a lot about Khan’s mindset.
