AEW’s Dax Harwood of FTR has commented on the possibility of a WWE return.
In a recent Twitter Q&A, the former AEW Tag Team Champion revealed that he’s not ruling out another WWE run.
When a fan asked if he’d ever go back to WWE (and if they could interview him), Harwood replied:
“Yes, If the money and circumstances were right and, no, you can’t interview me”
Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler (fka Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) first teamed together in NXT in 2014, before going on to hold the NXT, Raw, and SmackDown Tag Team Championships during their time in WWE.
The duo were released from their WWE contracts in April 2020. Harwood and Wheeler debuted in AEW that May, before capturing the AEW Tag Team Championship that September.
In December 2021, the duo revealed that they don’t have much longer on their AEW contracts. It has been speculated that Harwood and Wheeler signed two-year deals ahead of their debuts, which would mean that their contracts are set to expire in May 2022.
