Carmelo Hayes Reacts To WWE Star Costing Him A Key Match

Former NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes has reacted to WWE star Lexis King costing him a key match on this week’s WWE NXT.

On the October 17 edition of WWE NXT, Trick Williams was set to compete in a Fatal Four Way Number One Contenders match against Carmelo Hayes, Dijak and Baron Corbin.

However, Williams was attacked from behind by a mystery assailant who many fans believed was Hayes. It was later revealed to be Lexis King who committed the attack on Trick.

On the November 21 episode of WWE NXT, King cost Melo his Iron Survivor Challenge qualifying match against Josh Briggs.

Following his loss, Hayes took to social media to post a meme of himself pouring a drink over the head of Lexis King.

It is unknown when or if these two men will meet in a singles match as of this writing.
