An update has emerged on WWE Intercontinental Champion Chad Gable’s schedule, with the star confirmed for a number of upcoming shows.

With Chad Gable defeating Penta for the Intercontinental Title at SummerSlam, the former Olympian is now establishing himself as Raw’s secondary singles champion.

Gable has now shared his schedule from today (August 20) up to the end of September. The IC Champion confirmed himself for six Monday Night Raw tapings, including the September 14 episode which will air live from Mexico City.

Chad Gable shared the following schedule for himself on social media:

August 20 – Summer Tour Live Event – London, ON, Canada

August 22 – Summer Tour Live Event – Edmonton, AB, Canada

August 23 – Summer Tour Live Event – Calgary, AB, Canada

August 24 – Monday Night Raw – Ottawa, ON, Canada

August 28 – Monday Night Raw taping – Cleveland, OH

August 29 – Summer Tour Live Event – Savannah, GA

August 30 – Summer Tour Live Event – North Charleston, SC

September 7 – Monday Night Raw – Birmingham, AL

September 9 – South America Live Tour – Quito, Ecuador

September 10 – South America Live Tour – Bogota, Colombia

September 11 – South America Live Tour – Buenos Aires

September 12 – South America Live Tour – Santiago, Chile

September 14 – Monday Night Raw – Mexico City, Mexico

September 21 – Monday Night Raw – San Antonio, TX

September 28 – Monday Night Raw – Milwaukee, WI

Notable omissions from Chad Gable’s calendar include Sunday Night’s Main Event, AAA Triplemania 34, and WWE X AAA Worlds Collide.

Sunday Night’s Main Event will air from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on September 6. Cody Rhodes vs Randy Orton and Oba Femi vs Bron Breakker have already been confirmed for this card, which appears to be set to be without an Intercontinental Championship match.

AAA Triplemania will air across September 11 and 13, with the first show taking place in Las Vegas on September 11, and the second being at Arena CDMX in Mexico City.

Gable already being booked for a live event in Buenos Aires on September 11 means that he is definitely scheduled to miss the first night of action, and as of writing, he hasn’t been confirmed for night two.

Chad Gable finished up in AAA after losing as the Original El Grande Americano to the current Grande Americano in a Mask vs Mask match at Noches De Los Grandes in May. With Gable stating that he will return to AAA in the future, there has been a lot of speculation about his return to the Mexican-based brand.

Following Triplemania 34, AAA, NXT and main roster stars will clash at the September 26 Worlds Collide at the Allstate Arena in Chicago. While some had pointed out that this show would be a good occasion for Gable to make a soft return to AAA, this wasn’t announced in his schedule update.

Of course, there is a chance that WWE could be set to announce Chad Gable for these shows at a later date, or allow his appearances to be a surprise. It’s worth noting that CM Punk announced himself for Worlds Collide in a similar schedule update earlier this month.
