A championship match has been announced for tonight’s (August 5) episode of AEW Collision.
Current AEW Trios Champions the House of Black issued an ‘Open House’ challenge for their titles on the show.
The challenge has been answered by the trio of Darius Martin, Action Andretti and Lee Johnson, who will face the champions on tonight’s Collision.
Tonight’s show will also see CM Punk defend the ‘real’ AEW World Championship against Ricky Starks, as well as FTR defending the AEW World Tag Team Championship against Big Bill and Brian Cage.
Also set for the show is Kris Statlander defending the TBS Championship against Mercedes Martinez following Martinez’s attack on the champion last week.
The show is set to go head to head with WWE’s SummerSlam premium live event taking place tonight in Detroit.
CM Punk recently spoke about the show going head to head with SummerSlam, which you can see here.
