Guess who’s back, back again
(Sami’s back, tell a friend)

This is the feud that is keeping the show going at the moment. The one thing in Impact that every wrestling fan should be making an effort to keep up with. We didn’t get much development this week, but it was enough to quench the thirst for blood, for now.
So apparently Sami Callihan attacked Don Callis earlier this week.
I won’t lie, this flew completely under my radar – which is a sign that maybe Impact could have done a little more to promote this angle, beyond the two tweets they sent out.
Whether or not you knew before going in, this was certainly the story of the night – and it played wonderfully.
Throughout the night we were assured, through various backstage segments, that Sami would get his punishment for attacking Don Callis. Eventually we had a match setup – Eddie Edwards Vs Sami Callihan – although it won’t take place in Impact, rather at a House of Hardcore show, I suppose Tommy Dreamer had to be paid somehow.
Either way, the story is progressing, and that is what we need to see. This is by far the most interesting story in professional wrestling right now, and Impact need to work hard to keep it fresh and different.
