WWE Main Roster Star Back In NXT

In a segment on tonight’s WWE NXT, a main roster star made a surprise appearance and he says he is ‘back in NXT’.

Ilja Dragunov coming to the ring to wonder how he got wrapped up in the Trick & Melo saga, noting he didn’t have that on his “2023 Bingo Card”.

However his promo was cut short by a surprise from main roster star, Ridge Holland who said that over the past few weeks he had been struggling.

He needed to re-write his story and “Ridge Holland is back in NXT”.

Holland noting that his career thus far has been one step forward, many steps backwards. He wants to come to NXT to prove himself and redeem himself.

Going one step further to say the ‘Redemption of Ridge Holland’ was starting in NXT tonight, the pair would have a match later in the show.

Later in the show, there was a precarious angle that seemingly started the Redemption of Ridge storyline off on a frightening foot.
