A pair of WWE stars Johnny Gargano and Cameron Grimes have shared a hilarious exchange following a spot on NXT.
On the November 28 episode of WWE NXT, former NXT North American Champions Johnny Gargano, Cameron Grimes and Bronson Reed made their returns to the brand to face Wes Lee in a fatal four way match.
During the course of the bout, a spot saw Grimes try a sunset flip on Reed when Lee leaped into Bronson’s arms, which gave Gargano the opportunity to slingshot Cameron’s head in between Reed’s legs.
WWE posted a clip of the spot on social media, and the two of the participants decided to have a hilarious exchange over it. Following the show, Cameron Grimes retweeted the video and wrote:
However I’d like to report @JohnnyGargano to HR immediately
Responding to Grimes, one of his opponents and WWE Raw star Johnny Gargano replied:
Why? I just wanted to help you get TO THE MOON!
… wait. That wasn’t the moon you were talking about?
Wes Lee defeated Cameron Grimes, Bronson Reed and Johnny Gargano to earn a shot at Dominik Mysterio’s NXT North American Championship on Saturday, December 9 at NXT Deadline.
